The Human Rights Committees of the Federal Chamber of Deputies and the Senate are visiting the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (OAB-RJ) to speak with the family of Moïse Mugenyi Kabagambe, a Congolese national who was murdered in Rio de Janeiro.
