This five-episode series chronicles the stories and struggles of five women actively involved in social and development policies in Brazil’s Northeast region. Women in all their diversity: Black, transgender, and Indigenous. Women whose initiatives are transforming the reality of the places where they live, whether within the institutional political sphere or outside of it.
