The preview of the documentary "João Cândido: A Hero Without a Mask" took place on May 14 at the Museum of Modern Art in Rio de Janeiro (MAM-RJ). The film retraces the trajectory of the leader of the Revolta da Chibata and will officially premiere on the Cultne.TV platform in November. The documentary is directed by David Obadia and Dom Filó, with research and script by Professor Álvaro Pereira do Nascimento, from UFRRJ, in partnership with the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship.
