Lica Oliveira, a native of Rio de Janeiro, is an inveterate optimist. She is a journalist, actress, radio announcer, TV host, and former Olympic volleyball athlete. Lica is a journalist and
a member of the news team at Rádio Tupi FM 96.5, where she serves as an editor and news reporter. She is also part of the cast of the Patrulha da Cidade program as a radio actress.
She was a reporter for RedeTV’s Telejornalismo; host of the Esporte Espetacular program on TV Globo; and a writer, host, and announcer at MultiRio. 
She has served as an MC at events organized by the City of Rio de Janeiro, the State Government of Rio de Janeiro, the Urban 20 Summit Rio - G20, Rio+20, the Embratel Journalism Award, Sarau Preto, the Meeting of Heads of State of Portuguese-Speaking Countries, the Abdias Nascimento Journalism Award, Expo Farol Contra o Racismo - São Paulo -SP, among others.
Lica is an actress.
