João Jorge Rodrigues holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Catholic University of Salvador (2001) and a master’s degree in law from the University of Brasília (2005). He has experience in the field of law, with an emphasis on constitutional law, focusing primarily on the following areas: human rights, citizenship for people of African descent, Olodum, and Black culture and communication.
