Artificial intelligence is no longer merely a technological advancement. It has established itself as one of the key drivers of the realignment of power, economic scale, and cultural influence on the global stage. Who builds these systems, who regulates them, and who benefits from them are now central issues for the future of democracies, markets, and international representation.
