From Araraquara, born in November 1986, in addition to being an MC, Preta Ary is an artisan and owner of the Negrita Arteira brand. In 2002, she got to know Rap more closely by attending parties of the genre and identified with the MC element. Under the influence of people and the charm of the Hip-Hop movement, in 2004, she began her career in music, making Culture her way of life. Among several groups in the city of São José dos Campos, Preta Ary joined Ideologia Ativa in 2004, Comando 11 in 2007, S.A.F.A.R.I. in 2008, the latter having his EP “Melhor Prazer” released in 2012 by Estúdio Pura Rua and produced by Skeeter Beats with great public acceptance in the national scene. Along with Meire D'Origem and Dj Malako, he was currently a member of the D'Origem group, a rap group that has been standing out in the scene and that released their EP “Se Renda” in 2015 also by Estúdio Pura Rua and produced by Dö Mc and Skeeter beats.
It's 19 years of very well done rap and starting a new phase in her career, the MC released two heavy clips: “Ta no Jogo” featuring Killa Bi and Ju Dorotea and solo “Nois de Olho”. She always makes many appearances in bombastic representations in the lines, participating with Nego Max in the sound “O rap é preto” and with Tassia Reis in “Shonda RMX”. With the launch of new works, in 2019 it was the clip for “Emergência”, considered the sound that swells the choir of the voices of black Brazilian women. In 2020 she releases “Intenção” with the participation of Eloy Polemico and Tatiana, a sound that certainly warms the listeners!
And his last releases of 2021 were through the Wasabi Sessions project, two lives Sessions of the singles “Nossas Garotas” and “Por Nós”.
She participated in the release of the revisited single Shonda Demais alongside Tassia Reis and Urias, this work also had the clip with the same name.
Ary has been conquering her space and highlighting the fact that more and more women are singing Rap, breaking taboos and prejudices inside and outside Hip Hop culture.
